The goal of the Engineer Factory team is to encourage, excite, engage, educate, equip, elevate and empower traditionally underrepresented K-12 students to excel in STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math).  What do we do...we prepare African American, Latinx, POC and girls to take over the world!
